Descripción de la vacante:

Buscamos un(a) profesional con amplia experiencia en liderazgo logístico para dirigir una operación de gran escala y alta complejidad. Esta posición será responsable de garantizar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro, la administración de inventarios, el transporte tercerizado y la gestión de centros de almacenamiento, asegurando la continuidad operativa y el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos del negocio.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar e implementar la estrategia logística, alineándola con los objetivos operativos, comerciales y financieros de la organización.
  • Liderar las operaciones relacionadas con almacenamiento, inventarios, abastecimiento, transporte y distribución.
  • Supervisar la gestión de centros de almacenamiento y redes de distribución, garantizando la disponibilidad y resguardo de materiales y producto.
  • Administrar presupuestos logísticos y asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos asignados.
  • Gestionar relaciones y contratos con proveedores estratégicos, transportistas, operadores logísticos y otros socios de servicio.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia profesional en áreas de logística, cadena de suministro u operaciones con al menos 5 años de experiencia como Gerente de Logística gestionando operaciones de alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia comprobada en administración de presupuestos y control de costos logísticos.
  • Sólida experiencia en gestión de transporte tercerizado, negociación y administración de contratos con proveedores de servicios logísticos.
  • Conocimiento en planificación logística, gestión de inventarios, almacenamiento y distribución.
  • Habilidad para liderar procesos de transformación operativa y mejora continua.
