Job Description

The firm is seeking a highly skilled Trade Executor to manage and execute trades efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to operate under stringent deadlines to support sophisticated trading strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Execute trades accurately and efficiently across diverse markets and instruments.
  • Monitor and manage trading positions, ensuring alignment with company strategies and risk parameters.
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio managers and traders to enhance trading strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, counterparties, and exchange representatives to ensure effective execution.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, new product offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Ensure precise trade capture and processing within the trading system.
  • Handle trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations promptly to address any discrepancies.
  • Initiate process improvements to boost the efficiency of trading operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in trade support or execution within a financial services setting.
  • Robust understanding of financial markets and trading principles.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to make rapid decisions and resolve issues under pressure.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in trading and analytical software, along with MS Office.
  • Familiarity with derivatives, commodities, or similar financial instruments.
  • Experience with algorithmic trading systems.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.
