SOBRE OS PROJETOS As posições atuam em projetos de Pesquisa, Desenvolvimento e Inovação (PDI), que combinam pesquisa aplicada, engenharia e desenvolvimento de software em ambientes de alta complexidade tecnológica — como microeletrônica, semicondutores, simulação de processos, dados e inteligência artificial. Os projetos envolvem times multidisciplinares, infraestrutura própria e em nuvem e cooperação com parceiros nacionais e internacionais. O ambiente tecnológico do Instituto é baseado no ecossistema Microsoft, com desenvolvimento web, práticas de DevOps, uso aplicado de inteligência artificial e gestão em metodologias ágeis.

RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO - O Analista de Desenvolvimento Full Stack Pleno atua de ponta a ponta em soluções de software para os projetos de PDI do Instituto Internexum, combinando desenvolvimento backend em Node.js e frontend em React com atividades de análise de requisitos, em times multidisciplinares que apoiam pesquisa aplicada.

- Com autonomia para conduzir funcionalidades completas — da análise à entrega em produção, sobre nuvem Microsoft Azure e pipelines de CI/CD —, contribui tanto para ferramentas internas de apoio científico quanto para plataformas voltadas a parceiros.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES - Desenvolver funcionalidades completas (backend e frontend) para sistemas e plataformas dos projetos. - Levantar e analisar requisitos técnicos junto a pesquisadores, engenheiros e áreas de negócio. - Projetar e implementar APIs, integrações e as interfaces de usuário correspondentes. - Modelar e manter estruturas de banco de dados relacionais e não relacionais. - Integrar às aplicações serviços de dados e de inteligência artificial disponibilizados via API. - Escrever testes automatizados cobrindo backend e frontend. - Participar de code reviews e propor melhorias de arquitetura full stack. - Apoiar a implantação, o monitoramento e a sustentação das aplicações em produção, com uso de pipelines de CI/CD. - Colaborar com designers, cientistas de dados e pesquisadores na definição das soluções. - Documentar decisões técnicas, fluxos de sistema e processos. - Apoiar a priorização e a estimativa de esforço das demandas técnicas.

Modalidade de trabalho 1x (Híbrido) — segunda a sexta, horário comercial

REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS: - Graduação em Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas. - Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em desenvolvimento full stack. - Domínio de Node.js no backend e de React no frontend, preferencialmente com TypeScript. - Experiência com APIs REST (e, desejavelmente, GraphQL) e integrações entre sistemas. - Conhecimento em bancos de dados relacionais (SQL Server, PostgreSQL ou MySQL) e não relacionais (MongoDB/Redis). - Vivência com serviços em nuvem, preferencialmente Microsoft Azure. - Conhecimento de versionamento (Git) e de práticas de DevOps e CI/CD, preferencialmente em Azure DevOps. - Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban). - Noções de UX/UI e de boas práticas de acessibilidade. - Uso de ferramentas de inteligência artificial como apoio ao trabalho técnico do dia a dia. - Inglês técnico para leitura de documentação técnica. - Disponibilidade para contratação PJ, modalidade híbrida, segunda a sexta.

DIFERENCIAIS: - Conhecimento da área de eletrônicos, microeletrônica ou semicondutores. - Vivência na indústria de eletrônicos, em ambiente industrial ou de manufatura. - Experiência em projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento (PD), inovação ou em ICTs. - Conhecimento em containers e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experiência com integração de APIs de inteligência artificial e IA generativa em aplicações. - Familiaridade com visualização de dados técnicos e dashboards analíticos. - Experiência em ambientes de pesquisa, ICTs ou startups deep tech. - Inglês acima de intermediário (avançado), para comunicação com parceiros e fornecedores internacionais.
