【關於這個角色】

這是商務團隊的前段客戶陌生開發職位，你將會負責開發陌生客戶（cold call），並將有成交潛力的客戶交由資深業務接手推進。此職位設有明確內部發展路徑，未來可往 Business Development Executive 發展，承接完整銷售循環。由於公司有部分比例的潛在客戶位於海外，此職位有機會直接接觸外籍客戶，若能以英文完成初步溝通與產品介紹者為佳。

【工作內容】

- 透過 cold call、email 與 LinkedIn outreach 進行市場開發與陌生開發，主動建立新的接觸機會

- 建立並維護開發名單，鎖定目標產業與目標客戶

- 跟進行銷部門提供的潛在客戶名單（inbound leads），完成初步需求確認與資格判斷

- 定期彙整潛在客戶回饋，優化銷售腳本與開發流程

- 維護 CRM 資料完整性，確保開發紀錄可被追蹤與複盤

- 協助安排產品簡報與 demo 會議，與業務團隊一同推進客戶溝通、簡報、報價與簽約流程

【必備條件】

- 能接受高頻率的陌生開發工作，並具備持續精進開發技巧的意願

- 樂於與人溝通，主動積極，具備高度學習意願

- 具備工作經驗（正職/兼職/實習皆可），或對軟體產品具備清楚概念

- 對 AI 工具與新創產業具高度興趣

- 外籍人士需具備優秀的中文溝通能力，以及在台灣合法工作資格（如永久居留證、就業金卡，或附工作權之居留證）

【加分條件】

- 具備 SaaS 或電商產業的業務或客戶開發、銷售經驗

- 具備 CRM、簡報工具、Slack 等基本銷售與協作工具使用經驗

- 英文口語流利，能在協助下以全英文與客戶對答並進行產品簡報
