【ABOUT THE ROLE】

We're looking for a Director of Marketing to lead our global marketing efforts and help establish Raccoon AI as a leading brand in AI-powered customer service and digital workforce solutions. Success in this role means strengthening our brand presence, growing our influence across international markets, and building the foundation for scalable demand generation as we grow. This role will own brand strategy, market positioning, international marketing initiatives, and future demand generation programs. You'll work closely with leadership, product, and sales teams to drive business growth while growing and developing a marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience marketing B2B SaaS products, communicates confidently with global audiences, and enjoys building from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment. Whether you've already led a marketing function or are ready to take on broader ownership, you'll thrive in this role if you enjoy creating meaningful impact and growing alongside the business.

【WHAT YOU'LL OWN】

Brand Leadership & Market Positioning （35%）

- Define and evolve Raccoon AI's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging.

- Establish Raccoon AI as a recognized voice in AI-powered customer service, digital employees, and enterprise AI.

- Grow brand awareness and market presence across key audiences and markets.

- Build strategic partnerships with media, industry communities, and ecosystem partners.

Demand Generation & Growth（25%）

- Build the foundation for scalable demand generation and pipeline growth.

- Partner closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and revenue impact.

- Develop marketing programs that drive measurable business growth.

- Establish performance metrics and a data-driven marketing culture.

Hands-On Execution & Team Leadership（25 %）

- Grow and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and continuous improvement.

- Stay hands-on in key marketing initiatives, from content and campaigns to events and product launches.

- Balance strategic thinking with strong execution.

International Marketing（15%）

- Support Raccoon AI's growth into international markets through localized marketing initiatives and content.

- Build awareness and engagement with global audiences, partners, and communities.

- Contribute to future go-to-market strategies and market expansion efforts.

【WHAT YOU'LL BRING】

- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology marketing.

- Experience building brands and driving measurable business growth.

- Experience leading projects, teams, or cross-functional initiatives.

- A hands-on leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and working alongside the team, with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

- Comfort operating in a fast-growing startup environment with ambitious goals and limited resources.

- A genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies, with experience incorporating AI tools into daily work and marketing workflows.

- Great English communication skills and the ability to engage global audiences.
