隨著公司客戶規模持續成長、客製化需求日益增加，我們正在成立一個專責服務大型客戶的解決方案交付團隊。這個團隊的任務是：確保每一位 VIP 客戶都能從需求訪談、方案設計、開發、 導入到教育訓練，獲得良好的產品體驗。 這個角色會負責專案協調，並深入客戶環境與情境，親自參與需求討論、雛形建置與客製化調整，在客戶與工程團隊之間扮演溝通橋樑，而不只是把需求轉手交給工程團隊。 如果你具備工程背景、對AI/LLM技術有概念，或是樂於直接動手為客戶打造解決方案、擅長與客戶溝通協調，這個職位將會是你的舞台。

【工作內容】

- 擔任 VIP 大型客戶的解決方案交付負責人，主導客戶導入專案的完整生命週期：需求訪談、方案設計、開發、上線導入、教育訓練

- 深入客戶現場／情境，確認需求規格，親自動手建置雛形、調整 prompt 與流程設定，快速驗證解決方案可行性

- 與客戶進行需求訪談與技術討論，將業務需求轉譯為可執行的技術方案，並視情況直接完成客製化調整

- 統籌並帶領跨職能團隊協作，掌控專案時程、資源分配與交付品質

- 評估客製化功能的優先順序與可行性，並與產品/工程團隊溝通取捨、排程與交接

- 建立並持續優化 VIP 客戶導入的 SOP、專案管理框架與交付品質標準

- 為客戶提供上線後的教育訓練與功能導入建議，確保客戶能有效使用並持續受益於 AI 解決方案

- 擔任客戶與內部團隊之間的溝通橋樑，即時同步專案進度、風險與變更

- 參與解決方案交付單位的組建與擴編，制定團隊運作流程與角色分工

【你需要具備】

- 具備軟體工程技術背景、或理解技術架構，能親自動手（如 prompt 設計、流程設定、輕量開發）為客戶打造與調整解決方案

- 具備專案管理、解決方案顧問、FDE或客戶導入相關經驗

- 組織能力強，能同時管理多個專案的時程、資源與風險，確保交付準時且品質穩定

- 溝通能力佳，能清楚地在客戶與工程團隊之間轉譯需求，並主持跨部門會議

- Open-minded，樂於在團隊初期建立流程、驗證成果並快速迭代並調整做法

- 具備良好的問題解決能力與抗壓性，能在客戶導入過程中妥善處理突發狀況，必要時親自下場排除問題

【你可能還有】

- 曾擔任FDE, Technical PM, Solution Consultant, Implementation Manager 或相關角色

- 具備企業級（Enterprise／VIP）客戶導入專案的實戰經驗

- 具備 LLM 應用開發、API 串接或 Prompt 設計相關實務經驗，能獨立或藉助工具完成客戶端的技術prototype

- 具備良好的英文溝通能力，或與國際客戶（如日本、新加坡、香港）溝通經驗
