Raccoon AI is an emerging generative AI company. Our core product automates customer service messaging for e-commerce and online platforms, resolving 50 to 80% of conversations instantly.

This role sits on the GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) product line, a spin-off SaaS platform built around a shift in how consumers discover brands. Buyers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode what to buy instead of searching keywords on Google. The platform tracks how those AI engines recommend, compare, and exclude brands, measuring visibility, share of voice, answer position, citations, and sentiment across every major model. Customers include e-commerce brands, digital marketing and SEO/PR agencies, and in-house growth teams in Taiwan and overseas.

【ABOUT THE ROLE】

This is a senior individual contributor role carrying a revenue target, focused on opening new markets rather than servicing existing accounts.

The role owns the full sales cycle for the GEO product, from outbound prospecting through to close, and builds the agency channel behind it. Most prospects have not bought a GEO tool before, so a substantial part of the work is market education: establishing credibility with SEO leads and agency owners, and converting that credibility into closed business.

Much of the pipeline sits overseas. Selling is conducted in English, with Mandarin used for local clients and internal teams.

【WHAT YOU'LL DO】

- Carry an individual quota and own the full sales cycle, from first touch to signature

- Build pipeline from both outbound prospecting, and inbound leads from the Marketing and Partnership teams

- Run discovery and product demos in English and Mandarin, and build the commercial case

- Develop SEO, digital marketing, and PR agencies into reseller and referral partners

- Forecast accurately and keep the CRM as the single source of truth

【WHAT YOU'LL NEED】

- 3+ years in B2B sales or business development carrying an individual quota, selling SaaS products or working within the e-commerce or software industry

- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing, including a clear grasp of how generative AI search is changing it

- A proven outbound track record, with accounts opened directly and results that can be spoken to in terms of quota attainment, deal size, and cycle length

- Fluency in English and Mandarin sufficient to run discovery, demos, and commercial negotiations independently in both

- Ownership of CRM data and forecast accuracy

- Commercial judgment and credibility with senior stakeholders, with the self-direction to build process where none exists

- Genuine interest in AI and the startup market

- Foreign nationals must hold valid work authorization in Taiwan (e.g., permanent residency, Employment Gold Card, or a resident visa with work rights)

【NICE TO HAVE】

- Hands-on SEO, content, or performance marketing experience, in-house or agency side

- An existing network among agencies or e-commerce brand marketing teams in Taiwan or SEA

- Experience selling MarTech, SEO, or analytics tools.

- Experience opening overseas markets from Taiwan
