【關於這個角色】

我們正在尋找一位對 AI 開發與 AI 解決問題有高度熱情的 Full-stack Engineer，加入 Raccoon AI 的核心產品開發團隊。 你將與 PM、工程團隊和商務團隊合作，負責將 AI 客服平台的產品需求實作成穩定、可維護、可擴充的系統功能。這個角色會涵蓋 application 開發、backend API、system integration，以及 AI agent / AI backend 的功能實作。 我們期待你不只是完成規格，而是能理解 AI 客服產品背後的問題脈絡，主動思考如何用工程方式將真實客服場景中的模糊需求、非結構化訊息、知識庫資料與外部系統整合，轉化為穩定可靠的產品能力。 目前我們的 application 主要使用 Ruby on Rails，AI backend 主要使用 Python。

【你將負責】

- 開發與維護 Raccoon AI 客服平台相關的 application 功能、backend API 與資料模型

- 與 PM 合作，將產品需求拆解為可實作、可測試、可維護的工程任務

- 建置與整合 AI backend，包含 LLM 呼叫、prompt flow、AI agent、知識檢索、工具調用與回覆生成流程

- 開發與維護客服對話流程，包含 AI 回覆、人工客服交接、對話狀態管理、訊息紀錄與後台管理功能

- 串接外部服務、內部系統與第三方 API，例如電商平台、CRM、訂單系統、商品資料庫、客服系統或通訊渠道

- 設計並實作可擴充的資料處理流程，支援知識庫同步、商品資料更新、客戶資料查詢與 AI 回覆所需的上下文整理

- 改善系統穩定性、效能、錯誤處理與可觀測性，確保 AI 客服平台能穩定支援實際客戶使用

- 持續研究 AI 開發工具、LLM 應用模式與 agent workflow，並將合適的技術導入實際產品開發

- 與團隊一起提升 AI 回覆品質、系統可維護性與產品開發效率

【我們期待你具備】

- 4 年以上軟體工程開發經驗

- 2 年以上 AI 相關產品、LLM 應用、AI agent、AI workflow 或 AI backend 開發經驗

- 熟悉 Ruby on Rails，能獨立開發與維護 application、backend API 與資料模型；或熟悉 Python，並具備 AI backend、資料處理或 LLM 應用開發經驗

- 具備良好的 backend system design 能力，能設計清楚、穩定、可維護的 API 與服務架構

- 有串接第三方 API、內部系統整合或非同步資料處理流程的實務經驗

- 能理解產品需求，並將需求拆解為合理的工程設計、開發任務與交付節奏

- 重視程式碼品質、可讀性、測試、錯誤處理與系統穩定性

- 對 AI 開發、LLM 應用與用 AI 解決實際問題有高度熱情，願意持續探索新的工具、框架與實作方式

【你可能還有】

- 有開發 AI agent、RAG、LLM workflow、prompt pipeline、tool calling 或 evaluation flow 的實務經驗

- 有開發客服系統、CRM、chatbot、messaging platform、電商後台或 SaaS 後台產品的經驗

- 有串接 LINE、Telegram、Slack、Zendesk、Salesforce、Shopify、WooCommerce 或其他通訊 / 客服 / 電商系統的經驗

- 有處理大量非結構化對話資料、知識庫資料、商品資料或客戶資料的經驗

- 熟悉 background jobs、queue、scheduler、worker 或 event-driven architecture

- 有將 AI prototype 落地成 production-ready system 的經驗

- 熟悉 observability、logging、monitoring、error tracking 與 production debugging

- 樂於使用 AI coding tools 提升開發效率，並能判斷 AI 產出的品質與風險
