【關於這個角色】

隨著業務持續成長，我們正在尋找一位能帶領 BD 團隊衝刺業績的 BD Manager。這個角色最重要的任務是管理與培育團隊：你會負責拆解業績目標、建立可複製的銷售方法，並透過持續的輔導，讓每位成員都能穩定交出成果。你也會親自參與重點客戶的開發與成交，用實戰帶領團隊。由於我們的客群涵蓋海外市場，你也需要能以英文與客戶溝通、簡報及談判。

【工作內容】

- 帶領 BD 團隊達成季度與年度業績目標，負責目標拆解、分配與追蹤

- 參與招募，主導培訓並發展 BD 成員，評估工作能力標準

- 透過1-1s，陪同拜訪與通話、簡報複盤，持續提升成員的開發與成交技巧

- 設定團隊績效指標，並針對未達標成員擬定具體改善計畫

- 持續優化銷售流程、開發腳本與 pipeline 管理機制

- 主持定期 pipeline 檢視與業績預測，確保 CRM 資料完整、預測準確

- 必要時親自參與重點客戶的開發、簡報與談判，協助成員推進關鍵案件

- 與行銷、產品、客服團隊合作，回饋市場需求並協助客戶順利導入

【你需要具備】

- 5 年以上 B2B 業務 / BD 經驗，其中至少 2 年帶領業務團隊的管理經驗

- 帶領團隊達成業績目標的實績，能具體說明目標達成率、團隊規模與成員成長

- 培育業務人員的實際經驗，曾建立新人訓練、教練機制或銷售流程

- SaaS 或軟體產品的銷售經驗，熟悉從開發到簽約的完整銷售週期

- 熟悉 pipeline 管理與業績預測，有 CRM 實務操作經驗

- 習慣以數據管理團隊，能從銷售數據找出問題並調整做法

- 流利的英文能力，能以全英文向海外客戶進行簡報與商務談判
