A WSP está em busca de um(a) Analista de Recursos Humanos para integrar nosso time. Buscamos um profissional proativo, organizado, comunicativo, com perfil empreendedor, senso de responsabilidade e vontade de contribuir para o desenvolvimento das pessoas e o crescimento da empresa.

Nesta posição, você terá atuação direta nos principais processos de Recursos Humanos, contribuindo para a atração e seleção de talentos, desenvolvimento de colaboradores, administração de benefícios e fortalecimento das práticas de gestão de pessoas.

Principais atividades

  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção, desde a divulgação das vagas até a finalização das contratações;
  • Realizar triagem de currículos, entrevistas e avaliações de candidatos;
  • Acompanhar os processos de admissão e demissão de colaboradores;
  • Administrar e acompanhar os benefícios oferecidos pela empresa;
  • Apoiar o desenvolvimento e a capacitação dos colaboradores;
  • Planejar, organizar e acompanhar treinamentos internos;
  • Desenvolver ações voltadas à integração, engajamento e desenvolvimento das equipes;
  • Acompanhar e analisar o clima organizacional, propondo ações de melhoria;
  • Apoiar as lideranças nas demandas relacionadas à gestão de pessoas;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e práticas de Recursos Humanos;
  • Organizar documentos, informações e indicadores da área;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com as demais áreas, promovendo boas práticas de gestão de pessoas.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência anterior na área de Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimento em processos de recrutamento e seleção;
  • Conhecimento em rotinas de admissão, demissão e administração de benefícios;
  • Familiaridade com processos de treinamento e desenvolvimento de pessoas;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade de organização, planejamento e gestão de demandas simultâneas;
  • Flexibilidade e capacidade de lidar com situações diversas e desafios do dia a dia;
  • Conhecimento do Pacote Office / Microsoft 365.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência generalista em Recursos Humanos;
  • Conhecimento em indicadores de RH e gestão de pessoas;
  • Experiência com pesquisas de clima organizacional;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas e plataformas de recrutamento e seleção;
  • Experiência com implantação e melhoria de processos internos;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão de RH.
