Pour cette nouvelle aventure, le chef Laurent Petit et son épouse Martine ont la volonté d’inscrire la région Grand-Est en lettres de gastronomie. Ils poursuivent leur vocation de transmission en travaillant main dans la main avec le chef Valentin Loison et la cheffe sommelière – sa compagne – Anaïs Bercegeay, maîtres de maison. Une rencontre fondamentale initiée au Clos des Sens.

Au cœur de la cité millénaire de Diderot, sur les remparts de la plus grande enceinte fortifiée d’Europe, une demeure historique du 19 ème siècle, assise au cœur du jardin potager et d’aromates de plus de 3000 m2, servant fort le propos culinaire. À perte de vue forêts, lacs et vallons : idéal pour respirer entre nature et culture.

Description du poste

  • L'accueil de la clientèle : Assurer un accueil personnalisé, chaleureux
  • Participation au service de la Salle à Manger Mirabelle
  • Un intérêt pour le vin est un plus
  • La création et la réalisation : Préparer et servir les boissons, les cocktails classiques et imaginer des créations en accord avec l'identité de Bulle d'Osier** et de Mirabelle. Des cocktails créations en accords avec la vision du Chef et d'Anaïs, la mise en avant et l'utilisation du terroir et des aromates du jardin.
  • Conseiller : Orienter les clients dans leurs choix en partageant l'histoire de nos produits.
  • La gestion opérationnelle : Assurer la mise en place du bar, l'entretien des équipements, la gestion des stocks, les inventaires, recherche de nouveau produits
  • Le respect des standards : respect des standards de qualité Relais & Châteaux. Formation des apprentis et/ou stagiaire : respect des standards de qualité Relais & Châteaux.

Qualifications

  • Savoir-être : Vous possédez une excellente présentation, un sens du détail, et de l'élégance relationnelle.
  • Compétences linguistiques : Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais indispensable. Une troisième langue (allemand) est un atout majeur.
  • Compétences techniques : Culture des spiritueux, de la mixologie et des techniques de service .
