Le Hameau Albert 1er, Relais & Châteaux 5*, accueille ses hôtes dans un véritable havre de paix au cœur de Chamonix Mont-Blanc. Ce lieu d’exception abrite 33 chambres, 2 suites familiales et 3 chalets indépendants, chacun racontant une histoire alliant héritage et modernité.

Nous avons à cœur d’offrir une expérience unique à nos clients en leur proposant des univers variés, notamment à travers nos deux restaurants :

  • L'Albert 1er, restaurant gastronomique étoilé au Guide Michelin. Dans un décor sobre et élégant, le chef Damien Leveau sublime les saveurs régionales à travers une cuisine précise et inspirée. Son menu dégustation met à l’honneur le terroir avec finesse et créativité. Ouvert uniquement le soir.
  • La Maison Carrier, véritable hommage à la cuisine de pays. Ce restaurant au charme montagnard célèbre les saveurs authentiques du terroir, avec des plats généreux et sincères, dans un cadre chaleureux où chaque détail évoque la tradition alpine.

Le Hameau Albert 1er propose également un lounge bar, un espace bien-être avec spa et salle de fitness, ainsi qu’une salle de séminaire pour accueillir événements et rencontres professionnelles.

À la tête de cet établissement familial, Perrine Carrier, cinquième génération de la famille, perpétue avec passion l’art de recevoir en montagne, entre élégance et convivialité.

Job Description

  • Pour renforcer ses équipes, le HAMEAU ALBERT 1er recrute un(e) Chef(fe) de rang pour son restaurant gastronomique l'Albert 1er, 1* Michelin à partir du 1er décembre 2026 au 11 avril 2027. Missions principales :
  • Gestion d’un rang pendant les services du soir
  • Assurer la mise en place du restaurant
  • Toutes tâches et missions données par vos supérieures au sein de l’équipe du restaurant et pour le bon fonctionnement de celui-ci

Qualifications

  • Doté d'une bonne présentation et d'un bon relationnel
  • Motivé avec un sens aigu de l'organisation et du travail d'équipe
  • Maitrise de l'anglais professionnel
  • Idéalement issu(e) d'une formation hôtelière et/ou expérience significative

Additional Information

  • Contrat de 39 h par semaine à partir du 1er Décembre 2026 jusqu'au 11 avril 2027
  • Congés : 2 jours de repos consécutifs
  • Logement individuel à proximité de Chamonix
  • 1 repas par jour minimum
  • Salaire : 2275 euros brut
  • Une équipe jeune et dynamique, le tout dans un cadre de travail exceptionnel situé à Chamonix-Mont-Blanc
