Descrizione del lavoro

PRINCIPALI MANSIONI:

  • Supervisione e Coordinamento: Gestione del personale di pulizia (cameriere ai piani, facchini), pianificazione dei turni ed assegnazione dei compiti.
  • Controllo Qualità: Ispeziona camere e aree comuni per garantire standard elevati di pulizia e manutenzione.
  • Gestione Forniture e Biancheria: Controllare lo stock di prodotti per la pulizia, la linea di cortesia e l'inventario della biancheria.
  • Manutenzione: Segnalazione di guasti e coordina interventi di manutenzione con i tecnici

Qualifiche

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in analoga mansione in strutture di pari livello,
  • Esperienze lavorative nel settore del Luxury Hospitality
  • Eccellente conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza della lingua francese costituirà un plus
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative, Orientamento al cliente
  • Propensione a coordinarsi e lavorare in armonia con tutti gli altri reparti dell’hotel
  • Voglia di evolversi professionalmente
  • Capacità di gestire reclami
  • Problem Solving
  • Domicilio su Milano e provincia

Cosa offriamo

  • Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di successiva stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Turismo 14 mensilità
