Circondato da vigneti, cipressi e oliveti, l’edificio principale risalente all’XI secolo era in passato la residenza estiva dei vescovi di Siena. Nell’edificio storico, i pavimenti in cotto, gli imponenti soffitti con travi a vista e le splendide arcate sono quasi tutti originali: sottolineano lo stile decisamente toscano di questo luogo autentico. Le ampie camere e suite offrono una vista eccezionale sulla campagna circostante. Il ricco patrimonio gastronomico del territorio è celebrato nei due ristoranti con terrazza, tra cui l’enoteca. Dopo una giornata di degustazioni nelle cantine della regione o un corso di cucina per imparare a preparare la pasta fresca secondo la tradizione italiana, concedetevi un massaggio o un momento di relax a bordo piscina, con vista sulla valle

Descrizione del lavoro

La figura ricercata è la persona senior di riferimento del Front Office, ovvero un/una Front Office Shift Leader responsabile del corretto svolgimento delle operazioni di reparto e del coordinamento di un team di 7 persone.

Responsabilità principali:

  • coordinamento operativo dei turni del Front Office;
  • supervisione e supporto del team; gestione delle procedure di check-in/check-out e cassa;
  • accoglienza personalizzata e gestione del soggiorno dell’ospite;
  • gestione reclami e richieste speciali con approccio proattivo;
  • formazione on the job e affiancamento dei nuovi collaboratori;
  • applicazione degli standard di servizio e di brand;
  • collaborazione costante con Housekeeping, F&B, Spa e Direzione.

Qualifiche

  • Possesso di mezzo proprio (alloggio staff a 5 km dalla struttura)
  • Ottima conoscenza delle procedure alberghiere
  • Padronanza dei PMS (preferenza Opera Cloud)
  • Conoscenza del mercato alberghiero italiano e internazionale
  • Inglese fluente – livello C1 (altre lingue sono un plus)
  • Esperienza di almeno 2–3 anni in Front Office in hotel 4★ o 5★
  • Precedente esperienza di coordinamento/leadership fortemente apprezzata
  • Esperienza all’estero considerata un plus

Cosa offriamo

  • Per i candidati non residenti è disponibile alloggio staff a 5 km, nel cuore di Radda in Chianti.
  • Turni mattino/pomeriggio/sera, 40 ore settimanali, 2 giorni di riposo, orario flessibile.
  • Bonus sugli obiettivi per i mesi di luglio e Agosto.
  • Contratto stagionale dal 1° aprile al 31 ottobre.
  • Retribuzione tra i 2100 e i 2300 lordi al mese
  • Inserimento in una realtà 5 stelle Relais & Châteaux appartenente a un gruppo alberghiero internazionale.
  • Opportunità di crescita professionale a diretto contatto con lo Chef e con una brigata dinamica.

Importante: la struttura si trova in una zona di campagna non servita dai mezzi pubblici. È pertanto indispensabile essere automuniti.
