Entièrement repensé par la décoratrice Laura Gonzalez, il a su préserver l’âme de l’ancienne demeure privée qu’il fut autrefois.

Avec ses 48 chambres et suites, son jardin fleuri, ses salons intimistes et son Spa Guerlain installé sous les voûtes du XIIIᵉ siècle, le Relais Christine, offre une expérience unique, récompensée d’une Clef Michelin.

Description du poste

Vos missions principales :

  • Faire découvrir la magie de la rive gauche à notre clientèle internationale ;
  • Établir d’excellentes relations avec la clientèle et veiller à la satisfaction de toutes les demandes ;
  • Conseiller, réserver et promouvoir les plus beaux joyaux de la ville de Paris ;
  • Coordonner le travail des voituriers / bagagistes ;
  • Collaborer avec les autres services pour organiser les séjours personnalisés de nos clients ;
  • Remplacer les concierges de jour et les concierges de nuit pendant les vacances ;

Qualifications

Profil recherché :

  • Vous possédez une excellente présentation et un sens aigu du service client.
  • Vous appréciez les échanges avec une clientèle internationale et savez répondre à leurs attentes avec professionnalisme.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais courant (oral et écrit). La connaissance d’une troisième langue est un atout.
