O que a pessoa vai viver no dia a dia

  • Configurar, administrar e monitorar a infraestrutura técnica que sustenta os infoprodutos e suas etapas de venda e entrega.
  • Garantir a disponibilidade contínua de páginas de captura, plataformas de checkout, áreas de membros e ambientes de conteúdo.
  • Estruturar e manter integrações entre plataformas digitais, ferramentas de automação, CRMs e meios de pagamento.
  • Monitorar a saúde dos ambientes, diagnosticando instabilidades rapidamente e atuando na resolução definitiva de incidentes.
  • Apoiar tecnicamente o planejamento e a execução de lançamentos digitais, preparando os servidores para picos intensos de tráfego.
  • Implementar práticas de segurança da informação, controle de acessos, rotinas de backup e proteção de dados.
  • Documentar fluxos, configurações e processos técnicos para assegurar previsibilidade e alinhamento com os times de marketing e operações.

O que se espera

  • Experiência consolidada em infraestrutura tecnológica voltada para operações digitais e infoprodutos.
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em gestão de domínios, DNS, certificados SSL e servidores de hospedagem web.
  • Prática na integração entre plataformas, ferramentas digitais e fluxos de automação.
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, MySQL ou SQL Server) e consultas via SQL, DBeaver ou ferramentas similares.
  • Familiaridade prática com ambientes em nuvem (AWS ou Google Cloud) e versionamento com Git.
  • Conhecimento no funcionamento técnico de funis de vendas, páginas de conversão e áreas de membros.
  • Capacidade de investigação técnica, raciocínio analítico e organização para documentar rotinas e processos.

Diferenciais

  • Vivência prévia em suporte a lançamentos digitais com alto volume de acessos simultâneos.
  • Experiência no consumo e configuração de APIs, webhooks e ferramentas de automação.
  • Conhecimento em servidores Linux, containers ou infraestrutura como código.
