Estamos em busca de um(a) Designer Pleno para integrar o time de uma agência de Marketing Digital focada em inovação, cultura colaborativa e constante alinhamento com tendências do mercado internacional. A oportunidade é 100% remota e oferece um ambiente pautado pela autonomia e pelo aprendizado contínuo.

Nesta posição, você será responsável por criar e gerenciar conteúdos visuais e audiovisuais para mídias digitais, além de trabalhar em estreita parceria com a equipe de performance para otimizar os resultados dos clientes.

Suas principais responsabilidades incluem:

  • Criação de criativos para redes sociais e campanhas de Meta Ads e Google Ads
  • Edição de vídeos curtos e Reels
  • Criação de peças para landing pages e materiais de apoio
  • Desenvolvimento de criativos com foco em performance e geração de resultados
  • Experiência comprovada em design para mídias digitais
  • Domínio de edição de vídeo, como CapCut, Premiere ou similar
  • Experiência com criativos focados em performance
  • Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA no processo criativo
  • Inglês pelo menos intermediário
  • Aulas de inglês
