O que a pessoa vai viver no dia a dia

  • Conduzir a prospecção ativa (outbound) e o atendimento a leads receptivos (inbound), identificando o momento de compra e o perfil de cada negócio.
  • Qualificar potenciais clientes com base em fit, viabilidade e urgência de suas dores através de abordagens consultivas.
  • Agendar reuniões estratégicas e realizar uma passagem de bastão detalhada para os Closers, assegurando alta taxa de comparecimento (show rate).
  • Manter o CRM rigorosamente atualizado com históricos de contato, status de negociação e cadências bem definidas.
  • Nutrir e reciclar contatos que demandam amadurecimento, garantindo o aproveitamento contínuo das oportunidades.
  • Levar a percepção e a voz do cliente para o time de marketing e vendas, auxiliando no refinamento do perfil de cliente ideal.

O que se espera

  • Experiência consolidada de pelo menos 2 anos como SDR, com histórico consistente de metas batidas e domínio de indicadores de funil.
  • Prática em prospecção multicanal estruturada, utilizando telefone, e-mail, LinkedIn e WhatsApp com foco em geração de valor.
  • Domínio de cold call, técnicas de passagem por intermediários e habilidade sólida no contorno de objeções.
  • Aplicação prática de metodologias de qualificação comercial, como BANT, GPCT ou SPIN Selling.
  • Capacidade de redigir abordagens curtas, relevantes e orientadas a testes práticos de resposta.
  • Uso disciplinado de plataformas de CRM na gestão diária de tarefas e contatos.
  • Ensino médio completo e cursos voltados a técnicas de vendas e qualificação.
  • Postura pautada em integridade, facilidade para receber feedbacks diretos e visão de dono do processo.

Diferenciais
