  • Prospecção e desenvolvimento de carteira de clientes
  • Captação de recursos e construção de relacionamento de longo prazo
  • Assessoria estratégica em investimentos de renda fixa e variável
  • Acompanhamento de performance da carteira dos clientes
  • Atuação consultiva com foco em geração de valor
  • Cumprimento de metas de captação e crescimento
  • Certificação ativa (ANCORD) obrigatória
  • Experiência prévia no mercado financeiro ou comercial consultivo
  • Perfil altamente orientado a resultados
  • Habilidade de relacionamento e construção de confiança
  • Mentalidade de longo prazo e visão de crescimento patrimonial
