Você será responsável por conduzir processos seletivos completos, com postura consultiva junto aos clientes e alto nível de critério técnico e comportamental.

Principais responsabilidades:

Conduzir processos de recrutamento e seleção do briefing ao fechamento da vaga Realizar diagnóstico de vaga, senioridade, contexto do cliente e cultura organizacional Construir e aplicar scripts de entrevista por competências (BEI) Conduzir entrevistas técnicas, comportamentais e de fit cultural Fazer hunting ativo e análise criteriosa de perfis Elaborar pareceres profissionais estruturados (não opinativos) Manter comunicação clara, previsível e profissional com clientes e candidatos Gerenciar pipeline de vagas com organização, prazos e atualização constante Antecipar riscos de contratação, desalinhamentos e red flags Atuar em parceria com o time, elevando o padrão técnico da operação
