O que você vai fazer no dia a dia:

  • Realizar prospecção ativa e estratégica de novos parceiros (Outbound);
  • Gerenciar e qualificar leads provenientes de campanhas internas;
  • Conduzir reuniões consultivas, identificando as dores do cliente e apresentando soluções personalizadas;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais estratégicas e realizar o fechamento de contratos;
  • Manter o CRM rigorosamente atualizado para garantir a previsibilidade de vendas;
  • Networking constante e participação em eventos do setor.
  • Experiência em Vendas: Vivência comprovada com vendas consultivas ou prospecção ativa;
  • Familiaridade com Marketing Digital: Entender minimamente sobre tráfego pago, redes sociais e funil deconversão;
  • Domínio de Processos: Experiência com uso de CRM e ferramentas de prospecção;
  • Comunicação de Alto Nível: Capacidade de persuasão, contorno de objeções e excelente oratória;
  • Organização e Disciplina: Capacidade de gerir o próprio funil e cumprir rituais diários de atividades;
  • Mentalidade "Hunter": Foco total em buscar oportunidades onde ninguém está olhando.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em técnicas de Inside Sales (Spin Selling, BANT, etc);
  • Experiência anterior em agências de marketing ou empresas de tecnologia (SaaS).
