Estamos buscando um(a) Especialista de RH com foco em Recrutamento e atuação como People Partner, com perfil mão na massa, ritmo acelerado e paixão por construir times de alta performance.

Essa pessoa será responsável por liderar contratações em volume para a operação, garantindo velocidade e qualidade, além de apoiar líderes no desenvolvimento de pessoas, onboarding e construção de PDLs (Plano de Desenvolvimento e Liderança).

Principais Responsabilidades

Recrutamento & Seleção • Conduzir processos seletivos ativos e ágeis • Estruturar e executar funil completo: divulgação, triagem, entrevistas, testes práticos e pipeline • Prospecção ativa: indicações, universidades, LinkedIn, plataformas, grupos e social recruiting • Criar e aplicar testes práticos com cenários reais da operação

People Partner & Desenvolvimento • Apoiar líderes no desenvolvimento de times e PDLs • Levantar gaps de rampagem e propor melhorias no onboarding • Atuar como parceiro estratégico dos heads (feedbacks, performance e gestão de pessoas) • Acompanhar métricas de RH: SLA de contratação, turnover, tempo de rampagem e qualidade da contratação • Estruturar e sugerir melhorias contínuas nos treinamentos

Requisitos Técnicos • 5 a 10 anos de experiência em Recrutamento & Seleção (nível pleno a sênior) • Vivência em ambientes dinâmicos (startups, agências digitais ou empresas de crescimento acelerado) • Experiência com canais digitais de atração de talentos • Histórico em construção de pipeline e aplicação de testes práticos • Conhecimento de métricas de RH e KPIs (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, turnover, quality hire) • Desejável conhecimento em DHO/PDL e gestão por competências
