Responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar e organizar a base de clientes da clínica
  • Realizar atendimentos ativos e receptivos via WhatsApp e ligações
  • Agendar consultas e conduzir follow-ups estratégicos
  • Fechar procedimentos e tratamentos
  • Atualizar controles em Excel e banco de dados
  • Garantir uma experiência consultiva, segura e de alto padrão para os pacientes
  • Experiência com vendas consultivas ou high ticket
  • Comunicação clara, persuasiva e português impecável
  • Conhecimento prático em técnicas de vendas
  • Organização e domínio básico de Excel
  • Postura ética e discrição
