Over de organisatie Voor een groeiende Nederlandse producent van mediterrane en plant-based delicatessen zoeken wij een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die energie krijgt van klantcontact, offertes, calculaties en commerciële ondersteuning.

Vanuit hun recent geopende, moderne locatie in Bunschoten-Spakenburg worden honderden smaakvolle producten ontwikkeld en geleverd aan retail-, foodservice- en industriële klanten in heel Europa. Het assortiment bestaat onder andere uit olijven, tapenades, pesto's, hummus en gevulde pepers, waarbij kwaliteit, innovatie en authenticiteit centraal staan.

Door de groei van de commerciële activiteiten ontstaat ruimte voor een sterke commerciële binnendienstprofessional die het verschil maakt tussen een goede offerte en een gewonnen klant.

Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst vorm je samen met de Salesmanager en Accountmanagers het commerciële hart van de organisatie.

Je ondersteunt bij klanttrajecten, bewaakt offertes, verzorgt calculaties en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële kansen optimaal worden opgevolgd. Je bent dagelijks in contact met klanten en schakelt veel met productie, inkoop, kwaliteit en logistiek.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Commerciële ondersteuning

  • Ondersteunen van de Salesmanager en Accountmanagers bij lopende klanttrajecten
  • Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes
  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen over producten, prijzen en leveringen
  • Bewaken van openstaande acties en commerciële afspraken
  • Onderhouden van contact met bestaande klanten

Calculaties & prijsopbouw

  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen
  • Berekenen en bewaken van marges
  • Uitwerken van prijsvoorstellen voor klanten
  • Verzamelen van informatie voor offertes en klantaanvragen
  • Ondersteunen bij commerciële analyses

Coördinatie & organisatie

  • Fungeren als centrale schakel tussen sales en interne afdelingen
  • Afstemmen met productie, inkoop, kwaliteit en logistiek
  • Ondersteunen bij beursdeelnames en commerciële evenementen
  • Bewaken van planningen, afspraken en deadlines
  • Zorgen dat commerciële trajecten soepel verlopen

CRM & administratie

  • Beheer van klantgegevens en commerciële dossiers
  • Vastleggen van offertes, prijsafspraken en klantcontacten
  • Ondersteunen bij rapportages en verkoopanalyses
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen binnen bestaande relaties

Kortom: jij bent de commerciële spin in het web die ervoor zorgt dat accountmanagement optimaal kan functioneren en klanten professioneel worden ondersteund.

Wie ben jij? Je bent commercieel ingesteld, werkt nauwkeurig en houdt ervan om overzicht te creëren. Je schakelt makkelijk tussen klanten, collega's en verschillende werkzaamheden en krijgt energie van een omgeving waarin geen dag hetzelfde is.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst-, sales support- of vergelijkbare functie
  • Affiniteit met cijfers, kostprijzen en marges
  • Ervaring met offertes en commerciële administratie
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Ervaring met CRM-systemen en Microsoft Office
  • Een proactieve en gestructureerde werkhouding
  • Affiniteit met food, productie of FMCG is een pré
