📌 Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Documentação de Segurança do Trabalho (SST) para atuar na gestão, conferência e controle de documentos relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho, garantindo a conformidade com as exigências legais e documentais dos clientes, especialmente para mobilização de colaboradores em obras e projetos. 🚨 Vaga urgente para início imediato!

📍 Local de Trabalho: Alto do Ipiranga/SP, 100% presencial

⏰ Horário: Segunda a sexta-feira, das 08h15 às 18h

💰 Salário: R$ 3.500,00 a R$ 4.500,00, conforme experiência

🎯 Principais atividades:

• Realizar a conferência, organização e validação de documentos relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho;

• Controlar certificados, treinamentos e vencimentos das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs);

• Conferir e acompanhar documentos como PGR, PCMSO, ASO e fichas de EPI;

• Controlar prazos de validade, pendências e regularizações documentais;

• Alimentar e atualizar plataformas e portais de gestão documental dos clientes;

• Garantir a conformidade da documentação dos colaboradores para liberação e atuação em obras;

• Apoiar as áreas de RH e Segurança do Trabalho nas demandas administrativas e documentais;

• Realizar visitas pontuais às obras, quando necessário, para coleta de assinaturas e regularização de documentos.

✅ Requisitos:

• Experiência comprovada com documentação de Segurança do Trabalho (SST);

• Formação técnica em Segurança do Trabalho;

• Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e documentação exigida para atuação em obras;

• Vivência com controle documental, conferência de certificados e acompanhamento de vencimentos;

• Experiência com plataformas de gestão documental será um diferencial;

• Organização, atenção aos detalhes, proatividade e autonomia para lidar com demandas simultâneas;

• Residir ou possuir fácil acesso à região do Alto do Ipiranga/SP.

Obs.: A posição possui foco administrativo e documental, não sendo necessária experiência operacional em campo!
