📌 Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente Comercial – Hunter PJ para liderar a estratégia de expansão comercial, com foco na prospecção ativa de novos clientes, identificação de oportunidades de negócio e desenvolvimento de parcerias estratégicas. Buscamos um profissional com forte perfil hunter, visão estratégica, habilidade em negociação e capacidade de gestão do funil de vendas, visando ampliar a carteira de clientes, gerar novos negócios e impulsionar os resultados comerciais da empresa.

🎯 Responsabilidades:

• Gerenciar integralmente o funil de vendas, desde a identificação e prospecção de oportunidades até a negociação e fechamento de contratos, garantindo previsibilidade e atingimento das metas comerciais;

• Prospectar ativamente novos clientes e oportunidades de negócio por meio de visitas, networking, indicações, eventos e ferramentas de inteligência comercial;

• Mapear mercados, segmentos e potenciais clientes, identificando oportunidades de expansão, tendências do setor e movimentos da concorrência;

• Conduzir negociações estratégicas com clientes, parceiros e tomadores de decisão, elaborando propostas comerciais, estudos de viabilidade e análises financeiras;

• Desenvolver e fortalecer relacionamentos comerciais com clientes estratégicos e parceiros, buscando novas oportunidades de negócios e expansão da receita;

• Elaborar estratégias comerciais para aquisição de novos clientes, crescimento da carteira e aumento do faturamento;

• Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de performance comercial (KPIs), identificando oportunidades de melhoria e definindo planos de ação para otimização dos resultados;

• Atuar em parceria com a área de Marketing no desenvolvimento de materiais e estratégias de apoio à prospecção e abordagem comercial;

• Apoiar a área de Relacionamento em questões comerciais, contribuindo para o alinhamento das condições negociadas e a manutenção dos clientes na carteira;

• Gerenciar processos, atividades e recursos da área comercial, promovendo melhorias, padronização de procedimentos e maior eficiência operacional.

✅ Requisitos:

• Ensino Superior completo em Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas correlatas;

• Pós-graduação ou MBA;

• Experiência sólida de 10 anos ou mais na área comercial, preferencialmente com atuação em posições de liderança e gestão de equipes ou operações comerciais;

• Experiência consistente com prospecção ativa de clientes e desenvolvimento de novos negócios (perfil Hunter);

• Vivência na gestão do funil de vendas (pipeline), acompanhamento de metas e estratégias comerciais;

• Conhecimento avançado em técnicas de vendas e negociação;

• Conhecimento intermediário em análise de dados, Pacote Office e sistemas CRM;

• Conhecimento em Marketing e estratégias de geração de negócios;

• Capacidade analítica e visão estratégica para identificação de oportunidades de mercado e desenvolvimento de estratégias comerciais;

• Forte habilidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e negociação;

• Residir ou possuir fácil acesso à região da Vila Olímpia/SP.
