Estamos buscando un/a Analista de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento y Gestión de Procesos para unirse a nuestro equipo de Mantenimiento.

Lugar de trabajo: Pergamino

Modalidad: Presencial / Horarios Rotativos

Misión del puesto: Ejecutar y brindar soporte técnico a las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y mejoras técnicas, contribuyendo al análisis y optimización de los procesos productivos. Asegurar la disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos, trabajando de manera colaborativa con los equipos operativos y técnicos.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Ejecutar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos eléctricos, mecánicos y de infraestructura.
  • Participar en el diagnóstico de fallas, análisis técnicos y ejecución de soluciones.
  • Monitorear el estado de los equipos y recopilar datos para seguimiento y análisis.
  • Gestionar y supervisar tareas realizadas por contratistas, asegurando calidad, seguridad y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Colaborar en la implementación de mejoras técnicas y optimización de procesos productivos.
  • Proponer mejoras de mantenimiento basadas en observación directa y análisis de datos.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y automatización como soporte operativo.
  • Apoyar la capacitación técnica de operarios en tareas básicas de mantenimiento.
  • Registrar actividades en sistemas de gestión (SAP, hojas técnicas), asegurando trazabilidad.

Requisitos

  • Técnico o estudiante/egresado universitario en Electrónica, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en: Electricidad industrial, mecánica, neumática. Mantenimiento de maquinaria industrial. PLC, variadores de velocidad, arranques suaves. Sensores, redes industriales, electrónica industrial. Calibración de equipos.
  • Manejo de Office y SAP (deseable).
  • Inglés técnico: lectura.
  • Competencias clave: Proactividad; Trabajo en equipo; Escucha activa; Capacidad de análisis; Planificación y gestión; Orientación a la mejora continua.
