Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Responsable Técnico Comercial para sumarse al equipo comercial y acompañar el desarrollo del negocio.

Lugar de trabajo: Zona Suroeste, Cordoba

Residencia: Rio Cuarto / Vicuña Mackenna

Misión del rol: Planificar y ejecutar la estrategia comercial zonal, en conjunto con el equipo técnico, para alcanzar los objetivos definidos en el plan de negocio.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Analizar el mercado y la competencia para definir estrategias comerciales.
  • Planificar y ejecutar acciones del plan de ventas y actividades de promoción.
  • Gestionar herramientas comerciales (precios, condiciones, entregas).
  • Administrar cuentas corrientes, stock de distribuidores y cobranzas.
  • Desarrollar y gestionar la cartera de clientes de la zona.
  • Elaborar informes comerciales y de mercado.

Requisitos

  • Ingeniero/a Agrónomo/a (excluyente).
  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en posiciones técnico-comerciales en el sector agro.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo de zonas y manejo de cartera de clientes.
  • Buen manejo de CRM y herramientas digitales.
  • Perfil orientado a resultados, con habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona asignada.
