En Rizobacter buscamos incorporar un/a Analista de Investigación y Desarrollo (I+D) para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Desarrollo de Productos Biológicos.

Si te apasiona la microbiología, la biotecnología y la investigación aplicada al agro, esta oportunidad puede ser para vos. Buscamos personas con interés por el trabajo experimental y el control de calidad, que quieran contribuir al desarrollo y mejora de productos biológicos innovadores.

Lugar de trabajo: Pergamino, Provincia de Buenos Aires.

Modalidad: Presencial.

¿Cuál será tu propósito? Serás responsable de ejecutar ensayos de investigación y desarrollo para contribuir al desarrollo, evaluación y mejoramiento de productos microbiológicos para el agro, asegurando el cumplimiento de los protocolos y estándares de calidad establecidos.

Principales desafíos:

  • Gestionar muestras, materiales e insumos necesarios para la ejecución de controles de calidad de I+D.
  • Ejecutar y realizar el seguimiento de controles de calidad asociados a ensayos de investigación y desarrollo.
  • Registrar, analizar y revisar resultados obtenidos, comunicando desvíos o situaciones que requieran seguimiento.
  • Participar activamente en las actividades operativas del equipo de laboratorio.
  • Contribuir con propuestas de mejora en metodologías, procesos y formas de trabajo.
  • Evaluar la aptitud de los ensayos bajo su responsabilidad de acuerdo con los procedimientos y criterios definidos por el área.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Técnicos/as, estudiantes avanzados/as o graduados/as de: Biotecnología; Microbiología; Agronomía; Carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en: Tareas de laboratorio; Microbiología; Control de calidad de productos biológicos; Gestión de muestras, registros y seguimiento de controles.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Buenas Prácticas de Laboratorio (BPL).
  • Microbiología general.
  • Control de calidad de productos biológicos.
  • Gestión y trazabilidad de muestras y registros.
  • Manejo de técnicas de laboratorio bajo condiciones de esterilidad.
  • Excel nivel intermedio.
