En Rizobacter buscamos incorporar un/a Analista Funcional TI para sumarse al equipo de Tecnología de la Información.

¿Cuál será tu propósito? Actuar como nexo entre las áreas de negocio y Tecnología de la Información, relevando necesidades, analizando requerimientos y acompañando la implementación de soluciones que contribuyan a la eficiencia y evolución de los procesos de la organización.

Lugar de trabajo: Pergamino, Buenos Aires.

Modalidad: Híbrida

Principales desafíos:

  • Gestionar proyectos de negocio y proyectos internos siguiendo metodologías y estándares definidos.
  • Relevar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales.
  • Diseñar, configurar e implementar soluciones sobre las aplicaciones que soportan los procesos de negocio.
  • Coordinar pruebas funcionales junto con los usuarios y asegurar la correcta validación de las soluciones.
  • Brindar soporte funcional y acompañamiento a los usuarios.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de transformación digital y automatización.
  • Mantener actualizada la documentación funcional y técnica de las aplicaciones.
  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión y colaborar en la mejora continua del área.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesionales graduados o estudiantes avanzados de: Ingeniería en Sistemas; Licenciatura en Sistemas; Analista de Sistemas; Ingeniería Industrial y/o Carreras afines
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones similares.

Conocimientos técnicos

  • Procesos de negocio y transformación digital.
  • Elaboración de especificaciones funcionales e historias de usuario.
  • Gestión de requerimientos.
  • Aplicaciones transaccionales.
  • Metodologías de gestión de proyectos tradicionales y ágiles.
  • Conocimiento en SAP o ERP (Deseable)

Idiomas

  • Inglés y/o Portugués nivel intermedio (deseable)
