En Rizobacter buscamos incorporar un/a Asistente de Calidad de Semillas para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Calidad.

Si te interesa desarrollarte en el ámbito de la calidad, el análisis de semillas y los procesos vinculados a la industria agropecuaria, esta oportunidad puede ser para vos.

¿Cuál será tu propósito? Serás responsable de colaborar en el control de calidad de semillas y de los insumos utilizados en procesos industriales, comerciales y de investigación, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y los requisitos normativos vigentes.

Principales desafíos:

  • Realizar análisis de calidad física, fisiológica, varietal y sanitaria de semillas.
  • Participar en el control de calidad de insumos y productos asociados al tratamiento profesional de semillas.
  • Realizar toma de muestras representativas para análisis.
  • Colaborar con actividades vinculadas a investigación y nuevas tecnologías aplicadas a semillas.
  • Verificar la correcta trazabilidad de muestras y rótulos.
  • Colaborar en el mantenimiento y calibración de equipos de laboratorio.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua relacionadas con métodos, procesos y calidad.
  • Brindar soporte técnico a distintas áreas de la compañía.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Secundario completo (excluyente).
  • Se valorarán estudios terciarios o técnicos en: Perito Clasificador de Granos Técnico/a Agropecuario Técnico/a de Laboratorio Carreras afines
  • Experiencia mínima de 1 año en posiciones vinculadas al análisis y control de calidad de semillas.
  • Contar con disponibilidad para trabajar 100% presencial y en horarios rotativos.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Análisis de calidad física, fisiológica, varietal y sanitaria de semillas.
  • Muestreo de semillas.
  • Conocimiento de Reglas ISTA (deseable).
  • Excel nivel intermedio.
  • SAP básico (deseable).
  • Inglés básico.
