Wil jij impact maken op internationale bedrijfsprocessen binnen een dynamische familieonderneming? Als Business Process Expert bij Royal Swinkels werk je aan de verdere uitrol van SAP S/4HANA en verbeter je processen die dagelijks door collega's in onze brouwerijen, warehouses en verkooporganisaties worden gebruikt. Jij brengt business en techniek samen en zorgt ervoor dat processen slimmer, efficiënter en toekomstbestendig worden ingericht.

Je richt je daarbij op het volledige Order-to-Cash proces: van orderverwerking en levering tot facturatie. Samen met verschillende afdelingen vertaal je businessbehoeften naar concrete procesverbeteringen, haal je requirements op en begeleid je de implementatie van nieuwe werkwijzen. Daarnaast test je processen, verzorg je trainingen en zorg je ervoor dat gebruikers soepel kunnen werken met de nieuwe inrichting. Zo lever je een zichtbare bijdrage aan een organisatiebrede transformatie met impact op zowel nationale als internationale locaties.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je vertaalt de behoeften van de business naar efficiënte processen binnen onze SAP-omgeving.
  • Je richt processen in, optimaliseert deze continu en zorgt voor een succesvolle implementatie binnen de organisatie.
  • Je test nieuwe processen, verwerkt deze in duidelijke werkinstructies en verzorgt trainingen voor gebruikers.
  • Je bewaakt de prestaties van processen, signaleert verbeterkansen en neemt hierin een proactieve rol.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen en overziet de impact van proceswijzigingen op de gehele organisatie.

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Technische Bedrijfskunde of Supply Chain Management en 2-4 jaar relevante werkervaring.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal uitstekend.
  • Je bent ondernemend, leergierig en beschikt over een sterk analytisch en kritisch denkvermogen.
  • Je vindt het leuk om samen met verschillende afdelingen processen te ontwerpen, te optimaliseren en gebruikers hierin mee te nemen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP en bent bereid om voor projecten naar andere vestigingen te reizen.
