エンタープライズ向け製品やサービスの採用を促進するために、効果的な販売戦略を構築・実行すると同時に、製品やエンジニアリングチームと経験や提案を共有し、カスタマーエクスペリエンスの最適化に貢献します。

職務概要

  • 既存の営業メンバーを管理・育成し、チームとしての売上最大化に貢献する
  • 幅広い製品ラインナップのupselling機会を最大化し、顧客の成功を確保することを目的とした、指定アカウントまたはテリトリー計画の策定と実行
  • TAM、CSMなど社内の様々なチームと連携し、シームレスなカスタマーエクスペリエンスを実現しながら、アカウントオーナーシップを維持する
  • チャネル営業、ロイヤリティチームなどの同僚と緊密に連携し、指定されたテリトリーまたはアカウントに対して効果的な販売戦略を構築し、実行する
  • 技術的な取り組みとビジネス成果を理解するために、テクニカルアカウントマネージャーとの強い連動と関与を行う
  • Renewalチームと連携し、既存顧客の健全性と維持を最大化する
  • フィールドオペレーションチームを通じた主要顧客へのフィードバックの伝達
  • 社内のステークホルダー、ソリューションパートナー、主要顧客との生産的な関係を確立し、維持する

応募資格（必須）

  • ネイティブまたは流暢レベルの日本語力とビジネスレベルの英語力
  • 2-10程度の営業チームを管理・育成した経験
  • 主要顧客との関係を管理し、戦略的な営業機会を獲得した経験
  • CRMを活用し、主要なKPIを達成した豊富な経験
  • テリトリーおよび戦略的アカウントプランの構築経験
  • 顧客を成功に導くために、アカウントチームを率いた、または調整した経験
  • 新たな機会を発見するために、コンサルティング/ソリューションアプローチで積極的に顧客を巻き込んだ経験
  • 業績目標を達成または超過達成した実績があること
  • 積極的かつインパクトのある方法でチーム全体のカルチャー醸成に貢献すること

  • SaaSソリューションをDevOps/IT部門に提案した経験
  • VPおよびCレベルのエグゼクティブに対するソリューションセールス経験
  • チャネルセールス組織と一緒に仕事をした経験
  • ITSM, DepOps, コラボレーション製品に精通していること
  • オンプレミスとクラウドの両方のソフトウェアソリューションの経験
