職務概要

  • 主要な業務部門の関係者およびIT部門の関係者との関係を構築し、顧客のビジネス目標と優先事項、そして顧客の環境を把握する
  • 顧客が導入している当社製品や機能に役立つアドバイスを率先して適切なタイミングで示し、顧客がビジネスの目標と成果を達成できるようにする
  • 主なビジネスおよびテクニカル面での意思決定者にとってのTrusted Advisorとなる
  • 主要なインダストリのビジネス領域で当社プラットフォームを利用すべきチャンスを見極める
  • 顧客向けにカスタマイズしたリリースレビューを通じて、年3回の新機能リリースに基づきプラットフォームのイノベーションと早期定着化に向けて支援する
  • テクニカルヘルスレビューをマネージし、顧客のビジネスニーズに特化したソリューションおよび機能強化に関連する技術的な推奨事項を示す
  • Success Managerを含む関連チームと連携し、サポートし、当社製品の活用促進、サポートサービスの採用状況と活用の傾向をトラックする。また、四半期レビューにおいてガイダンスを提供する
  • 製品の機能的／技術的な課題を解決するために、セールスフォースの製品テクノロジーチームおよびテクニカルサポートチームと積極的に調整を行う。
  • 顧客のセールスフォース環境に影響する可能性を含んだ技術的変更やサービスの中断について伝え、対策方法をアドバイスする
  • 製品や技術的な観点でのエスカレーションマネージメントを行い、解決に向けての中心的な役割を担う。
  • サービスの低下や障害が発生した際、積極的にコミュニケーションする
  • 重大性が高い問題のトリアージと解決の際に顧客をフォローして、ビジネスの信頼性と顧客満足度の向上を実現する
  • 適切なタイミングで問題についての報告として、社内と顧客の両方にエグゼクティブサマリーの報告を実施する
  • 社内チームと一体となって協働し、ライセンスとサポートサービスの両方について更新のリスクを改善する
  • 使用されていない既存の当社製品機能のデモを行う
  • 要件に基づいてパートナー/ISV/SIの活用を紹介する
  • 社内チームと協働し、チームメンバーとナレッジやベストプラクティスを共有して、社内のプロジェクトや取り組みに貢献する。また、特定の技術分野またはプロセスにおけるエキスパートの役割を果たす

応募資格（必須）

  • 学位または同等の関連職務経験尚可
  • 次の1つ以上の分野で少なくとも8年の職務経験があること:エンタープライズアーキテクチャー、テクノロジーコンサルティング、カスタマーサクセス、テクノロジーソリューション開発、テクニカル／ソリューションアーキテクチャー
  • 大規模で複雑な分散型システム規模のビジネスの経験があること
  • 顧客のバリューチェーンでE2EビジネスプロセスをサポートするITシステムに精通していること
  • 複雑なソリューション環境で大規模な実装経験があること
  • 複数の関連チームおよびエンタープライズシステムを含む複雑な顧客の要求またはプロジェクトで牽引、エスカレーション、リードができること
  • 組織の全階層（役員レベル、Cレベルを含む）で確実かつ効果的にコミュニケーション、説明、影響力の発揮ができること
  • プレッシャーに負けず優先順位を付け、複数の業務を並行してこなすマルチタスク対応ができ、職務を効率的に遂行できること
  • 技術的なコンセプトを分析してビジネス用語に変換すること、およびビジネス要件を技術的機能にマッピングすることに長けていること
  • ビジネスプロセス（セールス、サービス、マーケティング、サポート）、ビジネスアプリケーション、自動化についての豊富な知識を持っていること
  • クラウドコンピューティングで使用されるデータベース、アプリケーション、ネットワークテクノロジー および ソフトウェア開発プロセス・ソフトウェアデザイン技法全てに精通していること（ネットワークトポロジーとデバイスの知識、データベースの概念とSQL、マルチテナンシーなど
  • ビジネスレベルの英語の読み書きができることが望ましい

  • ビジネスレベルの韓国語コミュニケーション
  • インテグレーションのソリューション提案や開発・導入経験がある
  • セールスフォース製品の認定資格（アドミニストレーター、上級アドミニストレーター、Platformアプリケーションビルダー、Service Cloudコンサルタント、Sales Cloudコンサルタント）
  • エンタープライズアーキテクチャーの経験
  • ソフトウェア開発パターン（MVC、多層アーキテクチャ）に関する詳しい技術的な知識と実装経験
  • コーディング経験
  • セールスフォース製品、機能、能力、最適な使用方法、展開方法に関する詳しい技術的な知識（Salesforceプラットフォームとエコシステムの知識を含む）
  • セールスフォースの複数組織実装のベストプラクティスおよび戦略に関する知識
  • カスタムForce.comエンタープライズアプリケーションの要件定義やデリバリにおいて技術的および製品機能に関してのマネージメント、リーダー役としての経験
