チームにおける日本第一号のアカウントマネージャーとなり、日本におけるアカウントマネジメントのビジョン、戦略、ワークフローを形成する役割を担っていただきます。

シニアアカウントマネージャーとして、エンタープライズ分野の顧客ポートフォリオを管理します。また、社内のカスタマーサクセス・テクニカルマネージャー、セールス、マーケティング、GTMリーダーと密接に連携し、新しい価値提案の開発、認知度の向上、更新・アップセル・拡張、大きな成長機会の顕在化を目指します。

職務概要

  • 定期的なアカウントプランニング、ビジネスレビュー、高いエンゲージメントレベルの維持を通じて、エグゼクティブスポンサーや意思決定者との関係を確立し、成長させる
  • 戦略的な顧客の成功を積極的に管理し、カスタマーサクセス、テクニカルマネージャーをビジネス面で支援する
  • 顧客維持、開拓、アップセルに責任を持つ
  • 毎月、更新と拡張のビジネスを成立させ、四半期と年間の目標を達成する
  • 当社製品およびサービスに関する知識を習得し、維持する
  • 高いレベルのエンゲージメントとコミュニケーションを維持し、強固な顧客関係を構築する
  • 定期的なアカウントパフォーマンスプランニングとビジネスレビューを実施する
  • 紹介、ケーススタディなどの形で顧客の定着化を促進する

応募資格 (必須)

  • ハイテク（SaaS）企業でのカスタマーサクセス、アカウントマネジメント、営業など顧客対応業務における5年以上の経験
  • 2年以上のチームマネジメント経験
  • リテンション/リニューアル /アップセル /一般的なセールスの経験・スキル
  • エグゼクティブとしての確固たる存在感をお持ちの方
  • Fortune 500のCMO、CEO、CIO、CTOと話すことができる方
  • テクノロジーソリューションを最大限に活用するための戦略立案の経験をお持ちの方
  • プロジェクトを構想から完了まで導いた経験があり、社内のリソースを活用して物事を成し遂げる経験をお持ちの方
  • マーケティングエージェンシー、エグゼクティブスポンサー、エンドユーザーと信頼関係を築く方法を知っている方
  • 組織的、管理的、対人的スキルが高く、マトリックス組織で働き、組織内の複数の追加ステークホルダーやインフルエンサーと連携した経験がある方
  • 優れた言語・文章能力、プレゼンテーション能力、説得力のあるデータストーリーを語れる能力を有した方
  • 常に目標を達成し、自発的に行動し、結果を出してきた実績をお持ちの方
