職務概要

  • すべてのサポートおよびエスカレーションチケットの一次窓口となる
  • 直感的かつ創意工夫をしてお客様に解決策や回避策を提供する
  • お客様、セールスエンジニア、カスタマーサクセスと協力し、エンジニアリングチームに問題を報告する
  • お客様に定期的にステータスの最新情報を伝える
  • 顧客から機能、パフォーマンス、セキュリティの問題を受け取り、エンジニアリングとDevOpsに迅速にフォローアップする
  • プレッシャーが高く、ペースの速い急成長環境において自発的にマルチタスクをこなす
  • サポートポータル用のテクニカルノート、アプリケーションノート、ケーススタディ、ナレッジベースエントリー、ソリューションを書く
  • 公開されているSLAに従って、リクエストをタイムリーに処理する

応募資格（必須）

  • 5年以上の大企業顧客サポート経験
  • 学士号または修士号
  • TCP/IPに関する豊富な知識
  • プロキシ、NGファイアウォール、SSL/IPSec、VPN、SSOなどのネットワークセキュリティ技術に関する優れた知識とサポート経験
  • DLPおよび暗号化ゲートウェイに精通していること
  • UNIX/LinuxおよびWindowsベースのシステムのインストール、設定、管理に関する実証可能な経験（Active Directory/LDAPの経験があることが望ましい）
  • 一般的なツール（tcpdump）やプロトコル（TCP/IP、NTP、DNS、DHCPなど）の知識を活用し、様々なシナリオやシステムのトラブルシューティングに精通していること
  • クラウドアプリケーションやサービスに精通していること
  • 顧客に対する強い共感と収益と成長に対する情熱
  • クラウドと関連する新技術への情熱を持ち、優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人スキル
  • Zendeskまたはその他のサポートポータルツールでの実務経験
