The posting

负责视频生成后训练相关的数据、benchmark 和人工评测体系建设：

1. 与 reward model / 算法团队合作，制定视频生成打分标准和标注规范，覆盖语义遵循、主体一致性、动态自然度、镜头语言、美感、崩坏、音画同步等维度。 2. 负责 reward data 构建，包括 pairwise preference、pointwise score、bad case、benchmark prompt / video 等数据的收集、整理和版本管理。 3. 组织和执行人工评测流程，包括标注任务拆解、评测说明编写、标注人员培训、结果回收、冲突样本复核和二次质检。 4. 配合 RM 团队分析专家模型和自动评测结果，对 ASR、OCR、动作识别、切镜点、镜头运动、美感、崩坏判定等模型输出进行人工抽检和 bad case 归因。 5. 维护 benchmark 和评测集，按能力维度、产品场景和失败类型持续扩充样本，保证评测结果能够真实反映模型迭代收益和主要短板。 6. 负责评测数据质量监控，发现标注不一致、标准理解偏差、benchmark 泄漏、评测被 hack、数据分布失衡等问题，并推动修正规则和质检流程。 7. 根据模型评测结果、RM 误判 case 和线上用户反馈，持续回流高价值样本，为 RM 训练、后训练、数据清洗、模型选型和版本交付提供数据支撑。

1. 熟悉 diffusion / flow matching / DiT 等生成模型基础。 2. 有较强工程实现能力和实验推进能力，能在不确定问题中快速验证想法。

有以下经验加分： 1. 对视频内容质量有较强敏感度，能够判断视频中的语义不符、人物崩坏、动作异常、镜头错误、文字错误、音画不同步等问题。 2. 有数据标注、内容质检、模型评测、AIGC 数据运营或多媒体内容审核经验优先。 3. 具备较强的责任心和细致度，能够长期稳定维护评测标准和数据质量。 4. 能够和算法、数据、产品团队高频协作，及时同步问题、风险和阶段性结论。
