我们正在寻找对多模态大模型技术充满热情、具备扎实工程实践能力的集成工程师。您将作为核心技术成员，负责将前沿的多模态大模型（包括视觉-语言模型等）集成到我们的产品与服务中，并构建高可用、高效率的推理服务平台。您需要具备优秀的编程能力、系统思维和实际问题解决能力，与算法团队紧密协作，推动模型从实验环境到生产环境的落地。

岗位职责： 1、模型集成：负责多模态大模型的部署与集成； 2、推理服务开发：设计、开发与维护高并发、低延迟的大模型推理服务与API接口，保障线上服务的稳定性与可扩展性； 3、系统维护与监控：构建并完善模型服务的监控、日志、告警系统，持续进行性能分析、瓶颈排查与线上问题应急响应； 4、协作与创新：与算法研究员、产品经理及其他工程师紧密合作，理解业务需求，提供工程化解决方案，并跟进多模态领域最新进展，探索技术落地可能性。

基础要求 1、211院校及以上，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能或相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、3年以上分布式系统研发经验； 3、对多模态大模型的基本原理有理解，并有强烈的兴趣深入该领域。

技术能力 1、编程与框架：精通 Golang/Python/C++ 之一。熟悉WebSocket、gRPC等通信协议，有高并发、低延迟网络服务开发经验； 2、数据存储与计算：熟悉对象存储（如S3、OSS）、关系型数据库、Redis、ClickHouse；加分项：熟悉 LanceDB 和 Daft、Ray 计算框架，了解向量数据库原理与应用； 3、系统开发：有扎实的后端服务开发经验，熟悉Linux开发环境，掌握Docker容器化技术，熟练使用Kubernetes等编排工具； 4、扎实的基础知识：熟悉计算机体系结构、操作系统、计算机网络、多线程编程等基础知识； 5、工程素养：熟悉CI/CD流程、代码版本管理（Git），具备良好的编码习惯与文档编写能力。
