1、项目全生命周期管理：负责从需求分析、产品设计、开发、测试、交付到售后运维的全过程管理，制定项目计划、里程碑、资源分配、风险管控和成本控制，运用IPD、敏捷、SAFe等项目管理方法论，确保项目高质量按时交付； 2、跨职能团队协作与资源整合：领导研发、测试、交付、运营等跨部门团队，建立高效沟通机制，协调外部供应商、客户及内部资源，确保项目顺利推进； 3、技术与业务融合:在AI、机器人、自动驾驶、智能座舱等领域，具备技术理解与产品规划能力，负责技术路线制定、系统集成、架构设计、性能优化等工作； 4、 流程建设与效能提升：制定并优化项目管理流程、工具、模板和标准，推动数字化工具（如JIRA、Confluence、ERP、CRM）落地。提升团队研发效能，缩短开发周期，降低缺陷率； 5、重大项目攻关与创新推动：推动前沿技术（如具身智能、大模型、多模态AI）的研发与落地，组织技术攻关、问题闭环、经验复盘等专项活动。

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子工程、机器人学、光学工程或相关专业背景优先； 2、工作经验：具备5年以上项目管理经验，有智能硬件、机器人、大模型项目经验者优先，有创业公司或高速成长企业工作经验者优先； 3、项目管理技能：精通项目管理方法论（如敏捷开发、瀑布模型等），持有PMP相关认证者优先，精通项目计划制定、风险控制、资源协调及进度跟踪，具备出色的多任务处理能力； 4、出色的跨部门沟通与协调能力，能够清晰表达技术方案，有效解决冲突，能够激励团队成员，促进团队协作与创新； 5、学习能力：持续学习行业动态与新技术，不断提升项目管理与专业能力，适应技术快速迭代。
