1、视频内容生成 ：负责 Vidu 官方宣传片、行业演示视频、社交媒体短片的完整制作流程，包括：撰写 AI 脚本、生成素材、后期剪辑、音效合成及调色； 2、AI 导演实操：深度运用 Vidu 的“图生视频”、“参考生视频”、“运镜控制”等进阶功能，解决生成内容中的叙事逻辑和视觉一致性问题； 3、高产出的内容供给：建立高效的 AI 视频生产流，能够针对社会热点、节日节点，快速响应并产出符合平台调性的 AI 视频内容； 4、素材库与资产管理：通过大规模生成和筛选，建立 Vidu 内部的高质量 AI 视频素材库，为品牌和营销团队提供视觉资产支持； 5、创作经验提炼：在实战中总结如何利用 Vidu 解决“传统视频制作痛点”的案例，协助编写面向大众用户的“实战避坑指南”。

1、实战派制作人：3 年以上 AIGC 、视频剪辑、广告制作或短视频创作经验。对短视频的节奏、卡点、情绪钩子有极强的把握能力； 2、AI 工具重度使用者：不仅熟练操作 Vidu，还能熟练运用如 Midjourney 、Suno/Udio 、ElevenLabs (配音) 等全套 AIGC 工具链； 3、后期功底扎实：精通 PR, Cut (剪映), AE 等剪辑和后期包装软件；能通过后期手段处理 AI 生成中的细微瑕疵，确保成片达到商用标准； 4、极速创作力：拥有强大的“抽卡”耐力和审美筛选力，能在海量生成素材中快速精准地定位到最符合叙事的那一帧； 5、审美多元化：能驾驭多种风格，无论是赛博朋克、中式唯美、科幻大片还是写实生活场景，都能信手拈来； 6、加分项：在抖音、视频号或 YouTube 拥有经营良好的 AI 内容账号，且有个人代表作；有成功的商业化 AI 短片案例（如为品牌方制作的 AI 广告片）。
