1、环网网络架构设计与规划 - 负责公司各地区业务环网的网络架构规划设计，制定高可用性及容灾方案； - 参与新建环网项目的需求分析、技术方案编写与评审，输出网络拓扑图及实施方案； - 负责环网架构的持续优化，包括QoS策略调优、负载均衡配置、路由协议优化等，提升网络可靠性与业务连续性； 2、网络日常运维与维护 - 负责各地区环网及办公网络的日常运维监控，通过Prometheus等监控平台实时掌握网络运行状态； - 快速定位并解决网络故障，包括网络卡顿、设备异常、链路中断、安全漏洞等问题，保障业务连续性； - 基于业务场景实施VLAN划分、环网优化等网络架构调整，及时处置网络风暴等突发问题； 3、办公网络维护与排障 - 负责公司内部办公网络（有线网及无线网）的规划、部署与日常运维，保障网络SLA及用户体验； - 负责办公区域交换机、防火墙、无线控制器、AP等网络设备的配置管理与故障处理； - 处理办公网络日常故障，包括网络连接异常、网速缓慢、无线信号不稳定等问题的排查与解决； - 参与办公网络的性能优化与安全加固，落实网络安全策略。

1、教育背景与工作经验 - 本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、网络工程、电子信息等相关专业； - 3年以上中大型企业网络运维或网络项目实施经验； - 具备独立完成网络架构设计、设备部署及复杂故障处理的能力； 2、专业技能 - 设备能力：精通华为（NE/AR系列路由器、S系列交换机、USG系列防火墙）及华三（H3C）全系列网络设备的配置、调试与故障处理； - 协议能力：深入理解TCP/IP协议栈，精通OSPF、BGP、IS-IS、MPLS等动态路由协议及VLAN、STP、VRRP、ACL、NAT等交换技术； - 环网技术：熟悉环网冗余协议（如ERPS等），了解环形网络架构设计与故障倒换机制； - 安全技术：熟悉IPsec VPN、防火墙策略、安全域设计等网络安全技术； - 监控工具：熟悉Prometheus、SolarWinds等网络监控平台，能使用Wireshark、Tcpdump进行抓包分析与问题定位。
