1. 负责音频及 MV 方向的专业内容研究，系统研究全球优秀 MV、音乐现场、舞蹈影像、影视配乐及声音设计作品，持续发现并筛选优质音乐、声音及音乐影像素材。 2. 从自身专长出发，判断素材的音乐节奏、声音品质、情绪表达或音画关系，形成专业的选择与质量要求。 3. 指导素材分类、内容解析与专业信息整理，推动高质量音频及 MV 素材库建设。 4. 协同算法团队，优化完善 AIGC 视频在声音及音画领域的质量。

1. 具有 3 年及以上唱歌/MV/配音配乐相关领域创作、制作或研究经验，在 MV、音乐制作、录音或声音设计等至少一个领域有扎实专长。 2. 在自身专业领域具备成熟的质量判断能力，对音乐影像和音画关系有基本理解，能清楚说明素材价值与选择依据。 3. 熟悉音频相关领域相关作品与内容生态，具备作品研究、素材发现与筛选、资料整理能力。 4. 对 AI 音视频生成有兴趣，具备结构化表达与协作能力；有音乐素材库、音乐或者声音谱系研究者优先。
