RESPONSABILIDADES:

Enfoque a procesos y mejoras:

- Conocer todos los procedimientos y sistemas dentro del área de Soporte CO.

- Proponer cambios en los procedimientos, tomando en cuenta los hallazgos, mediante un análisis de la experiencia del cliente y evaluando la satisfacción de los mismos.

- Desarrollo de proyectos buscando la mejora en la logística de nuestros clientes para optimizar tiempos, gastos y mejorar la comunicación con cuentas TOP.

- Comunicar al área de QA observaciones importantes que los clientes puedan resaltar.

- Identificar ineficiencias, proponer soluciones y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos establecidos en el área.

- Llevar la gestión en tiempo y forma de las incidencias presentadas por los clientes.

- Asegurar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes con la creación, diseño e implementación de planes de acción para simplificar la logística actual de las cuentas clave.

- Actuar como punto de contacto para consultas relacionadas con los procesos internos y orientados a la solución de problemas.

- Desarrollo de estrategias para la disminución de incidencias.

Alcances del perfil:

- Resolver las incidencias de cada uno de los clientes asignados.

- Gestionar las entregas, devoluciones, redireccionamientos, etc.

- Monitorear los envíos y abordar los casos con mayor impacto en las cuentas asignadas.

- Permanecer en diferentes canales de comunicación con el cliente para abordar necesidades.

- Dominar las diferentes actividades de pipeline para solucionar de primera mano las necesidades de los clientes.

- Llamar a la persona operativa asignada en la cuenta del cliente para obtener información adicional para lograr concretar las entregas correspondientes.

- Lograr contacto directo con destino para coordinar entregas correspondientes, validar información y lo necesario para evitar impactos al cliente.

- Responder a las preguntas de los clientes sobre la empresa, los productos o los servicios que requieran adquirir o en su defecto canalizar con el KAM correspondiente.

- Horario: Lunes a Jueves de 8:30 a 18:00. Vienes de 8:30 a 17:30
