Profesional con solidad experiencia en desarrollo y QA con experiencia en proceso de integración y conocimientos de CI/CD, manejo de metodologías agiles y marcos de trabajo como SCRUM.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia minima de 3 años en el área de desarrollo en entornos de programación web y de escritorio, manejo de bases de datos, Experiencia en el manejo de pruebas manuales y automatizadas(deseable), manejo de marcos aguiles de trabajo como SCRUM.
  • Estudios finalizados en el área de sistemas.
  • Disponibilidad de trabajos de manera presencial en Zona 10 de Guatemala.

Requisitos Técnico-Funcionales (Stack Tecnológico)

Desarrollo: Dominio de lenguajes de programación como .net, java o web, bases de datos SQL.

Control de Versiones y DevOps:

  • Dominio de Git (GitHub, GitLab o Azure Repos).
  • Experiencia integrando pruebas en pipelines de CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines o Jenkins).

Pruebas de API y Datos:

  • Manejo avanzado de Postman para pruebas de servicios y APIs.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en bases de datos y consultas SQL para la validación de integridad de datos.

Gestión y Seguimiento: Experiencia con herramientas como Jira + Zephyr/TestRail o el ecosistema de Azure DevOps (Boards + Test Plans).

Otros conocimientos muy deseables mas no indispensables.

  • Experiencia en automatización móvil con Appium.
  • Pruebas de carga y rendimiento con JMeter.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de QA asistido por IA (self-healing tests, generación de pruebas en lenguaje natural).

Responsabilidades y Funciones

Experiencia sólida de desarrollo de software / programación: Pensamiento analítico agudo y alta atención al detalle. Habilidades de gestión de proyectos y liderazgo de equipos de desarrollo. Comunicación clara, efectiva y enfoque orientado a la mejora continua.

Aseguramiento de Calidad End-to-End: Diseñar y ejecutar planes y casos de prueba (funcionales, regresión e integración) para cada desarrollo antes de su liberación.

Ciclo de Defectos: Identificar, documentar y dar seguimiento a los bugs encontrados, coordinando estrechamente su corrección con el equipo de ingeniería.

Validación Técnica: Garantizar que cada incremento de software cumpla estrictamente con los requerimientos funcionales y técnicos definidos antes del paso a producción.

Documentación: Mantener actualizada la documentación de pruebas, matrices de cobertura y evidencias de cada liberación.

Colaboración Estratégica: Elaborar el detalle técnico y funcional de planes de TI en coordinación con la Gerencia de Procesos y Proyectos.

Facilitación Ágil: Actuar como facilitador en las reuniones ágiles del equipo de desarrollo (Daily, Planning, Grooming, Retrospective), asegurando el cumplimiento de los compromisos de cada sprint y escalando desviaciones.
