¡Estamos contratando! | Supervisor de Proyectos HVAC y Refrigeración

En SLC TRADE Guatemala buscamos incorporar a nuestro equipo un Supervisor de Proyectos HVAC y Refrigeración, responsable de coordinar y supervisar la ejecución de proyectos a nivel nacional, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, calidad, estándares técnicos y seguridad industrial.

¿Cuál será tu reto? Supervisar en campo proyectos de instalación, montaje, pruebas, puesta en marcha, diagnóstico y mantenimiento de sistemas HVAC, refrigeración y automatización, coordinando equipos técnicos, contratistas y recursos de obra.

Principales responsabilidades: Supervisar instalaciones y servicios de mantenimiento HVAC y refrigeración. Dar seguimiento a cronogramas y avances físicos de los proyectos. Interpretar planos de ejecución, diagramas eléctricos y bitácoras de obra. Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y seguridad industrial. Administrar materiales y herramientas en obra, optimizando recursos. Coordinar cuadrillas técnicas y personal subcontratado. Elaborar reportes técnicos, bitácoras y documentación de cierre. Atender y resolver situaciones técnicas de alta complejidad en campo. Supervisar instalaciones eléctricas, programación de PLC y puesta en marcha de controles BMS/DMS.

¿Qué buscamos? Más de 6 años de experiencia en supervisión de proyectos de climatización/HVAC. Formación técnica o universitaria en Refrigeración y Aire Acondicionado, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Mecatrónica o carreras afines. Experiencia coordinando técnicos, cuadrillas y proyectos industriales. Conocimientos en soldadura autógena, cálculo de cargas, balances hidráulicos y manejo de refrigerantes. Conocimientos en seguridad industrial y trabajos de alto riesgo. Inglés técnico intermedio para lectura de manuales y planos. Licencia tipo B vigente. Vehículo propio. Disponibilidad para viajar a departamentos.
