Team Leader Región Canal Mayoreo

Liderar, supervisar y desarrollar al equipo de vendedores de zona asignado a su región, garantizando el cumplimiento de las metas de sell-in, la correcta ejecución en el punto de venta, el cobro oportuno de la cartera crediticia y la implementación de los estándares comerciales de SLC Group en cada cliente del canal Tier 3.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Técnico en Administración de Empresas, Mercadotecnia, Ingeniería Comercial o carrera afín (deseable, no excluyente).
  • Bachillerato concluido como mínimo indispensable.
  • Experiencia mínima de mínimo de 2 años liderando equipos de ventas de campo en canal tradicional / distribuidores / mayoristas preferiblemente el producto de tecnológicos como celulares, electrodomésticos, línea blanca, etc.
  • Experiencia previa en supervisión o coordinación de equipos comerciales.
  • Conocimiento del canal mayorista (Mini Retail, casas comerciales, pequeños distribuidores) en las categorías de tecnología de consumo (móviles, TV, línea blanca) es una ventaja competitiva.
  • Experiencia en el manejo de indicadores comerciales (Ventas, cobros, atención al cliente, etc)
  • Con experiencia a nivel nacional y de movilizarse en todo el interior.

Competencias Técnicas

  • Manejo de indicadores comerciales: sell-in, sell-out, cobertura, morosidad, margen.
  • Dominio de Excel o Google Sheets a nivel intermedio para gestión de reportes.
  • Uso de herramientas digitales de fuerza de ventas (CRM, apps móviles, WhatsApp Business).
  • Conocimiento de técnicas de venta consultiva y negociación con distribuidores.
