The posting

Desde Spanish Engineers buscamos Senior CSA Quantity Surveyors para incorporarse a una empresa internacional líder del sector de la construcción, participando en un importante proyecto de Centro de Datos en Frankfurt.

Las personas seleccionadas liderarán la gestión económica y contractual de los paquetes CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural), participando en un proyecto internacional de gran envergadura y trabajando en estrecha colaboración con la Dirección de Proyecto.

UBICACIÓN: Frankfurt, Alemania

SECTOR: Centros de Datos/Construcción Industrial

DISPONIBILIDAD: Incorporación inmediata

FUNCIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Gestionar el control económico integral de los paquetes civiles, estructurales y arquitectónicos del proyecto.

Preparar presupuestos, certificaciones, valoraciones y cuentas finales.

Revisar documentación contractual e identificar riesgos comerciales y posibles desviaciones.

Gestionar contratos y negociar con subcontratistas y proveedores.

Preparar informes financieros periódicos y previsiones económicas del proyecto.

Controlar variaciones, reclamaciones y modificaciones contractuales.

Supervisar y dar apoyo técnico a Quantity Surveyors de menor experiencia cuando sea necesario.

Colaborar estrechamente con Project Managers, Construction Managers y equipos de obra.

REQUISITOS, EXPERIENCIA Y COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS

Titulación en Quantity Surveying, Ingeniería Civil, Arquitectura Técnica o similar.

Más de 10 años de experiencia como Quantity Surveyor, preferiblemente en empresas constructoras principales.

Experiencia en proyectos de construcción de gran envergadura.

La experiencia en Centros de Datos será muy valorada, aunque también se considerarán perfiles procedentes de otros sectores mission critical o de construcción industrial compleja.

Sólidos conocimientos de gestión contractual, control de costes y administración de contratos.

Capacidad de liderazgo, negociación y toma de decisiones.

IDIOMAS

Inglés nivel profesional (imprescindible).

CONTRATO

Contrato indefinido.

Incorporación inmediata.

Rotación 10/4.

Salario aproximado de 100.000 € brutos/año.

Aproximadamente 20.000 € anuales adicionales en dietas y asignaciones.
