Estamos buscando un/a Director/a de Proyecto MEP para una empresa líder en mecánica, electricidad e instrumentación para un proyecto de construcción de Centro de Datos en España.

UBICACIÓN: Madrid (España) SECTOR: Centros de Datos DISPONIBILIDAD: Incorporación inmediata

FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

Fase de Inicio del Proyecto

  • Coordinar y dirigir la transferencia del proyecto desde el departamento de estimación al equipo de construcción.
  • Colaborar con la Dirección de Operaciones del proyecto en la planificación de personal.
  • Validar el proyecto y, en ese proceso, desarrollar el plan de negocio, sistema de control de costes, flujo de caja y planificación de facturación.
  • Elaborar plan de adquisiciones, planificación de planos/diseño, programa de construcción, curva S e histogramas.
  • Mantener contacto con cliente y equipo de diseño en cuestiones de ingeniería y compras.
  • Movilizar subcontratistas y mano de obra según lo establecido en el plan de negocio.

Fase de Ejecución del Proyecto

  • Supervisar las actividades diarias en la obra para garantizar el cumplimiento de plazos y costes.
  • Asegurar la conformidad con el planning, entregas de materiales, ingeniería, calidad y seguridad.
  • Participar en reuniones con el cliente y reuniones semanales de progreso con subcontratistas, incluyendo aspectos de seguridad y formación.
  • Realizar reuniones mensuales de equipo para revisar avances respecto a los hitos del proyecto.
  • Medir la productividad semanalmente y mantener el control del progreso del proyecto.
  • Elaborar informes internos mensuales para la Dirección de Operaciones, minimizando riesgos de la empresa.
  • Gestionar la instalación del proyecto, la mano de obra y subcontratistas, asegurando cumplimiento con especificaciones y documentación contractual.
  • Garantizar que se cumplan todas las obligaciones de salud, seguridad y bienestar relacionadas con la entrega del proyecto.

Fase de Cierre del Proyecto

  • Conocer los requisitos y acciones necesarios para pruebas, puesta en marcha y entrega del proyecto antes del periodo de comisionado.
  • Asegurar que todos los sistemas sean validados con el cliente y las autoridades de control.
  • Preparar el presuuesto final junto al Quantity Surveyor, presentar y acordar con el cliente según objetivos de la empresa.
  • Elaborar informe de cierre del proyecto y enviarlo a la Dirección de Operaciones.
  • Mantener contacto con el cliente durante el periodo de garantía y tras la liberación de retenciones.
  • Realizar tareas post-contrato: limpieza de sitio, archivo, revisión financiera y práctica, planos y manuales instalados, disposición segura de información y sistemas confidenciales.

REQUISITOS Y EXPERIENCIA

  • Titulación de nivel universitario en ingeniería, construcción o equivalente.
  • Experiencia demostrable en la ejecución de proyectos MEP de gran envergadura.
  • Conocimiento comercial y capacidad de gestión de recursos.
  • Capacidad para priorizar actividades de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente.

  • Salario base: entre 120.000 y 140.000 euros al año
  • Alojamiento y coche incluidos
