Desde Spanish Engineers, buscamos un Senior Engineering Manager – Procesos de Membranas (Tratamiento de Agua y Valorización de Salmuera) para incorporarse a una empresa tecnológica internacional especializada en soluciones avanzadas de tratamiento de agua y valorización de salmueras.

La persona seleccionada liderará la actividad de ingeniería en España, participando en proyectos internacionales y en el desarrollo de la futura sede europea de la compañía. Se trata de una posición estratégica con gran proyección y contacto directo con dirección general.

UBICACIÓN: España (modelo híbrido, ubicación final por definir. Remoto desde cualquier ciudad española, con posibilidad de apoyarse en oficinas en Madrid).

SECTOR: tratamiento de agua / desalación / tecnologías de membranas.

DISPONIBILIDAD: incorporación prevista junio 2026

La compañía opera a nivel internacional, con oficinas en EEUU, GCC, y ahora en España. Esto requerirá flexibilidad geográfica ya que el candidato necesitará viajar por EU varias veces al año, para conferencias y reuniones, a países del Golfo una vez al mes y a EEUU unas tres veces al año.

FUNCIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Liderar el departamento de ingeniería en España.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar el equipo técnico actual y futuras incorporaciones.
  • Supervisar proyectos desde fase conceptual hasta puesta en marcha.
  • Coordinar disciplinas de proceso, mecánica y project management.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de plazos, costes y calidad técnica.
  • Aportar experiencia en tecnologías de membranas:
  • Reverse Osmosis (RO)
  • Nanofiltration (NF)
  • Ultrafiltration (UF)
  • Optimizar rendimiento de plantas piloto e instalaciones industriales.
  • Participar en la identificación y resolución de incidencias técnicas y mejora continua.
  • Colaborar con equipos internacionales de I+D, operaciones y compras.
  • Actuar como interlocutor técnico con clientes, partners y stakeholders.
  • Apoyar propuestas técnicas, estudios de viabilidad y desarrollo de negocio.
  • Implantar estándares técnicos, procedimientos y buenas prácticas.

REQUISITOS, EXPERIENCIA Y COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS

  • Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Ambiental o similar.
  • Experiencia de 10 a 20 años laboral en puestos similares.
  • Experiencia consolidada en tratamiento industrial de agua, desalación o procesos de membranas.
  • Experiencia previa liderando equipos de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos industriales complejos.
  • Conocimiento técnico en Descarga Cero de Líquidos (ZLD), recuperación de recursos o gestión de salmueras.
  • Perfil con capacidad estratégica, enfoque práctico y orientado a resultados.
  • Capacidad para desenvolverse en entorno internacional y dinámico.
  • Diseño y operación de sistemas RO/NF/UF.
  • Conocimiento de plantas de desalación.
  • Optimización de procesos industriales.
  • Herramientas de simulación de procesos e ingeniería.
  • Gestión de proyectos multidisciplinares.
  • Relación con cliente y liderazgo técnico.

  • Árabe sería un plus para comunicarse con las oficinas del Golfo

CONTRATO

  • Contrato indefinido.
  • Paquete retributivo competitivo según experiencia y mercado (entre 70-85.000)
  • Modelo híbrido.
  • Viajes internacionales puntuales a Europa, GCC y USA según proyectos.
  • Reporte directo a Dirección General.
