The posting

Desde Spanish Engineers buscamos un/a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor para incorporarse a una empresa internacional líder del sector de la construcción, participando en un importante proyecto de Centro de Datos en Frankfurt.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión económica y contractual de las instalaciones mecánicas, eléctricas y de fontanería (MEP), colaborando estrechamente con la Dirección de Proyecto, los equipos de ingeniería y los diferentes subcontratistas.

UBICACIÓN: Frankfurt, Alemania

SECTOR: Centros de Datos / Construcción Industrial

DISPONIBILIDAD: Incorporación inmediata

FUNCIÓN Y RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Elaborar presupuestos, estimaciones de costes e informes financieros del proyecto.
  • Preparar certificaciones, valoraciones y análisis económicos durante todas las fases de la obra.
  • Gestionar contratos, procesos de compra y contratación de subcontratistas MEP.
  • Controlar desviaciones presupuestarias, riesgos, variaciones y cambios contractuales.
  • Preparar y negociar cuentas finales con clientes y subcontratistas.
  • Colaborar con Project Managers e ingenieros para optimizar el control de costes del proyecto.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos comerciales y contractuales establecidos.

REQUISITOS, EXPERIENCIA Y COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS

  • Titulación en Ingeniería, Quantity Surveying, Arquitectura Técnica o similar.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia como Quantity Surveyor en proyectos de construcción.
  • Experiencia en instalaciones MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
  • La experiencia en Centros de Datos será altamente valorada, aunque también se considerarán perfiles procedentes de otros sectores mission critical o de construcción industrial compleja.
  • Buen conocimiento de procesos constructivos y gestión contractual.
  • Capacidad analítica, negociación y orientación a resultados.

Inglés nivel profesional (imprescindible).

CONTRATO

  • Salario aproximado de 100.000 € brutos/año
  • Aproximadamente 20.000 € anuales adicionales en dietas y asignaciones
